Details about Grafarvogslaug
The ground was broken on December 13, 1996 and the first stage of the pool opened on May 3, 1998. Grafarvogslaug Pool has been built up gradually since the opening date. An indoor pool and whirlpool bath were completed in the fall of 1998 and a steam room in spring 1999. A play pool and slide were opened on April 25, 2002.

The private changing room is closed at the following times at Grafarvogslaug:
Mondays 8:30-10am
Tuesdays 8:20-10:50am and 1:10-1:50pm
Thursdays 8:40am-1:50pm
School swimming and training
From late August through June, portions of the pools may be reserved for school swimming and training. For more information, stop by the front desk at the swimming pool.
